GERMANY [No link given] On April 18, 1 pm CET, there will be a talk with Boris Dittrich, Advocacy Director of Human Rights Watch's LGBT department. The event will take place at Neue Promenade 5, 10178 Berlin. Representatives of NGOs and the press will be able to discuss his work in the field of LGBT rights as well as the role of these rights in foreign and development policy. SPAIN [Spanish] On Monday, the Spanish government pondered a cut of EUR 10 billion within the health and education sectors, after the bad reception of their current budget plan.
