Requirements:

two independent evaluations by mental health practitioners who are appointed by the court, their report has to state a diagnosis of transsexuality and a strong proberbly irreversible desire to live in the opposite gender for at least three years

Costs:

Between 500€ and 2000€

Duration:

Between 6 month and up to two years, depends strongly on the time the mental health evaluations take
