TGEU are pleased to invite you to its second legal practitioners’ seminar on June 18 – 19, 2015, in Zagreb, Croatia.

Practitioners from across Europe will come together to share learning, discuss strategies relating to cases currently being pursued on a domestic level, identify gaps in the legal situation of trans people and explore how these gaps can be closed using strategic litigation both at the European Court of Human Rights and European Court of Justice. Updates about developments in relevant legal and non-legal fields will be provided.

The seminar will be relevant to lawyers who have experience of litigating on trans issues either in a domestic or European context.

Places at the seminar are limited and potential delegates are asked to complete an online application form setting out their experience and motivation for attending.

Applications will be accepted until 04 May, 2015.

Successful applicants will have accommodation provided and travel expenses met by TGEU.

The seminar will take place in Zagreb. Successful applications will learn about the details of the veneu. They are expected to plan their travel so that they arrive on June 17 and depart not earlier than June 19 3:30pm.

Applications from those who attended last year’s seminar are welcome.
