TGEU is searching for individual graphic designers or design teams to layout the publications as listed below.
Publications must be delivered as an accessible file for the website and a ready-to-print version. Each publication should include promotion visuals to be used on social media (e.g. here and here). All materials developed must be in accordance with TGEU Style Guide and must meet accessibility standards. Please include the delivery of the source files in the bid.
Due to funding restrictions, for items 3 to 11, we can only consider bids from individuals or teams based in the European Union.
The offers should include:
- short letter of interest, including contact details of two references;
- portfolio/samples of your previous layout and graphic design work;
- financial offer (please include which items are being bid for, the cost per individual item, an estimate of the time each item will take to produce.)
TGEU will assess all bids received by the deadline and award tenders on the basis of “best value for money.” Publications specifications are estimates, and deadlines are subject to changes.

Specifications: 210 x 210 cm booklet, 30-40 pages, English plus duplicate designs for 5 translations.

Specifications:
– 3-5 maps of Europe & Central Asia with colour-coded country information (A3)
– 1 index sheet with information on 54 countries in 30 categories (A3)
– 1-2 informational graphics with text
– All graphics in English plus duplicate design for 4 additional languages
