TGEU is seeking an external consultant to carry out strategic messaging research and testing to inform our 2026 Trans Murder Monitoring (TMM) and Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDoR) campaign.
Each year, TGEU’s TMM/TDoR campaign raises awareness of murders of trans people around the world, honours trans lives lost, highlights the structural nature of anti-trans violence, and supports advocacy for stronger protections for trans communities. Every year, the campaign combines research, remembrance, community solidarity and policy advocacy.
For the 2026 campaign, TGEU is looking to strengthen its messaging through audience research and message testing to better understand how different audiences respond to campaign narratives and identify the most effective communication approaches.

TGEU is looking for a full-time (100%, 40 hours per week) Operations Officer starting in September 2026.
The Operations Officer will be responsible for providing administrative and financial services in order to ensure effective and accurate operations of the organisation in compliance with German and funder regulations for an initial period of 24 months with the possibility of extension.
