The Transfeminine Leaders Academy is more than a training session; it is a comprehensive programme specifically designed for the needs of the participants. Through the application process, we aim to understand your needs and shape the programme to enhance your leadership skills.
Programme overview
- A three-day in-person training programme in Berlin (24-26 October 2024)
- Peer learning and a final retreat for participants (Spring 2025)
Participants will benefit from

- Access to a network of transfeminine leaders and gender diverse activists
- Tools and resources to help define your purpose as a leader
- Skills to address community challenges and leading teams/projects
- Support from the TGEU team
- Improved ability to combat gender inequalities and discrimination and contribute to trans rights
Eligibility criteria
- You self-identify as a transfeminine person
- You are a member of TGEU (or be applying to become one)
- You are based in and/or operate in the European Union;
- You are ble to attend the full programme. This includes the training in October 2024, peer-learning and the final retreat in 2025.
Priority will be given to people from marginalised communities and underrepresented countries. Feel free to share more about your background when applying. All information will remain confidential.
