Consultancy Call: Cross-Movement Solidarity Communications Campaign

TGEU is seeking a consultant to support the development of effective messaging and communication materials for our Trans-Feminist Solidarity Campaign 2025. This initiative fosters solidarity between feminist and trans rights movements while countering antigender narratives and amplifying underrepresented feminist voices.

We are looking for a consultant with expertise in:

• Developing impactful campaign messages and communication materials.
• Navigating complex socio-political topics with nuance and care.
• Collaborative work in advocacy or rights-based campaigns, particularly in Western Europe.
• Facilitating networking and fostering partnerships between diverse stakeholders and movements.

The selected consultant will work closely with our team to:

• Assess the existing campaign framework and provide strategic input.
• Design and run focus groups to refine messaging and gather insights from key stakeholders.
• Develop key messaging that resonates with diverse feminist audiences.
• Develop and disseminate campaign materials incl. videos, and communications kit for partners.
• Enhance networking strategies and explore opportunities for collaboration with feminist allies.

This consultancy will involve focused meetings, partner outreach, organising focus groups, creating communication materials, drafting and revisions, and a retrospective assessment.
