We warmly invite non-binary adults in Europe and Central Asia to take part in a new research survey exploring their experiences with the law.

The Parliament of Georgia voted in the third and final reading for laws aimed against LGBTI people by restricting their rights to non-discrimination, health care and education, freedom of speech and peaceful assembly, and the right to security.

Today, the Advocate General of the Court of Justice of the European Union said that Hungarian immigration authorities must correct a trans person's gender marker in national registries when requested.
