Intersex Policy

At the third European Transgender Council in Malmö in September 2010 the TGEU strategic organisational development workshop tasked the TGEU Steering Committee to facilitate the formulation of a position on intersexuality.

The TGEU General Assembly on May 3rd 2014 adopted the present intersex policy to guide TGEU’s work in the field of intersexuality, and also inform intersex activists and allies of TGEU’s position.
