Call for candidates: TGEU Auditors 2024 – 2026

We are looking for candidates to serve as TGEU Auditors for a period of two years. Serving as a TGEU auditor is an important responsibility and learning opportunity. We encourage all active TGEU members to nominate themselves.

Do you want to work with us to help strengthen the trans movement in Europe and Central Asia? Are you interested in, and want to work with us on the direction of TGEU and be part of its future? If so, nominate yourself to join the Board of TGEU for 2024-2026!

TGEU’s General Assembly (GA) is at the core of our work. This year, for the first time we will hold a hybrid General Assembly with the option of participating online for our members who can not attend in person. The event will take place on Saturday 23 November, 14:30-18:00 CET, during the TGEU European and Central Asian Trans Council, in Malta.

Ymania Brown (she/her) will soon join TGEU as our new Executive Director. Based at our headquarters in Berlin, Ymania will lead and strengthen the organisation, focusing on organisational development, fundraising, and the professional development of TGEU staff. 

Join us for the ninth TGEU European and Central Asian Trans Council from 21-24 November 2024, at Salini Resort Hotel in Malta. Every two years, we bring together 200 trans activists from across Europe and Central Asia to set the agenda for trans politics and celebrate trans communities. 

TGEU is pleased to announce the results of its Board election. Sara R Phillips and Dinah Bons will lead TGEU as Co-chairs from 2023-2024.

After an active recruitment process, we are pleased to announce that our Board appointed Lenny Emson as the new Executive Director of TGEU.
