TGEU Letter on Dutch Trans-Specific Healthcare Standards

The Kennisinstituut Medisch Specialisten (Expert center on medical knowledge) in the Netherlands is currently consulting on a standard protocol for medical trans health care. The trans* reference group involved in the process asked TGEU for a contribution.
In a letter to Kennisinstituut Medisch Specialisten TGEU has pointed out that self-determination and informed consent must be at the heart of any healthcare standard.
